Tight layouts mean every square foot needs to be used efficiently. Wasted space equals wasted revenue. Solving and overcoming this problem can lead to higher throughput and greater efficiency on your production line - which improves your bottom line. But what exactly should you do to overcome space constraints when attempting to maximize the space in your area? The first option that is often suggested is expanding to a larger space. That’s easier said than done. Of course, the drawbacks of that solution are cost and time. So unless you have an unlimited budget and don’t mind having your line down; you need a cost-effective and quick solution that makes your existing space work.   ##### The solution?
